Highland Education Project (HEP)

St. Mark's sends a work team to McDowell County , WVA each summer for a week of outreach work. Part of the Highland Education Project, volunteers engage in relief efforts for people in the region that range from house painting to carpentry work to general clean-up tasks. The HEP experience provides an excellent opportunity for fellowship, prayerful outreach, hard-work, great scenery, lots of fun and an education about another part of our country and its circumstances.
