Entries for the Week Ending on Nov. 29, 2020 — The 1st Sunday of Advent

11/27/2020

(Please accept my apology for the delay in posting these recordings. I'm plagued by occasional lower back pain, and Sunday night it went full-blown. I've pretty much confined myself to a recliner, so I haven't been able to spend much time working on the recordings.)

Here are links to the iPhone video of the broadcast Facebook Live video of the 9 AM and to the audio of Rev. Brian's opening greeting and announcements and his homily. These audio clips were extracted from the iPhone recording of the Facebook Live video broadcast of Rev. Brian’s with  9 AM morning prayer service. I was unable to include the readings due to the extreme distortion of the sound. Music was provided by Angela Garcia-Clark (singer) and Charles Houmard piano, organ). Included is the accompanying service booklet.

The Recordings:
--  Greeting, Announcements (Rev. Brian Blayer)
— Homily (Rev. Brian Blayer)
— The Video of the Service
--  Service Booklet:
--  Hymn Booklet:

The Week of Nov. 15, 2020 - The 24th Sunday after Pentecost

11/15/2020

Audio from the 9AM morning prayer service on 11-15-2020 in St. Mark's Chapel. It was extracted from the Facebook Live video broadcast of the service. Unfortunately, the somewhat live acoustics of the chapel sanctuary often marred the fidelity of the recording.

Included is the accompanying service booklet.
Recorded tracks:
--  Greeting, Announcements (Rev. Brian Blayer)
--  Lesson 1: Zephaniah 1:7,12-18 (Read by a parishioner)
—  Lesson 2: Matthew 25:14-30 (Read by a parishioner)
—  Homily (Rev. Brian Blayer)

—  The Service Booklet (Printer-ready PDF file.)
— The Entire Service Audio (Not the video.)
Here's the video of this week's Sunday Morning Prayer Service. It will open in a new browser window or tab.
